In keeping with this philosophy Proline Technology have installed the latest in spot welding technology, the Pro-Spot table spot welder for aluminium.
This machine not only welds aluminium but also allows us to improve on our already high production standards with general welding and significantly reduce the labour component required. The accuracy of the weld is vastly improved and there is no weld spot on the other side of the weld.
Because there is no weld spot there is no oxidisation and therefore no pickling is required. This is perfect where a high quality painted finish is required.
We also now have the ability to attain an extremely strong weld in small and awkward spaces such as small boxes or cabinets, while larger jobs that usually require a two or three man operation are now performed with total accuracy and only one operator. These savings are passed onto you our customer.

WEe have recently set up a powder coating plant to suit our customers' requirements.
We offer Chromate conversion and Zinc Phosphating to comply with 1000 hours Salt Spray Test Requirements.
We also offer full masking services for delicate electronic components. Our Batch system offers high quality powder coating. Tests such as Thickness and Curability are done regularly to ensure high quality and perfect finish.
